Day 1: Marrakesh to Dades Gorges
Your adventure begins at your hotel in Marrakesh, where you'll be picked up by your private driver and guide. From here, you'll set off on a journey through the Atlas Mountains, taking in the Berber Villages and the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass, which stands at over 2,260m above sea level. The journey is a spectacular one, with panoramic views of the rugged landscape which changes dramatically from one village to the other.
Your first stop on this road trip is the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which is one of the finest examples of a fortified city in Morocco. Day 2: Dades Gorges to Merzouga Desert
Your second day will start with a traditional Berber breakfast at your hotel in Dades Gorges, after which you'll set out on a drive to Merzouga Desert. You'll ride camels through the dunes to your desert campsite, where you'll enjoy a traditional Berber dinner and spend the night under the starry sky.
